Yoga for Back and Hips

This is a restorative class with slow, gentle stretches that offer a deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs. Great for anyone with tight, sore or injured back or hips.

Yogalaties

Yogalaties is A perfect fusion (flow) of yoga and mat Pilates.  Think core strength plus flexibility. The class will include classic Pilates moves and well as basic yoga poses.

Yoga/Pilates/Barre

Benifits:

  • This ultimate workout brings together the best of Barre, yoga and Pilates classes.
  • Includes Pilates moves done on the mat, to strengthen core, back, hips, thighs and glutes
  • This class will also move into a series of ballet bar or floor work exercises that shape and strengthen the lower body
  • You will develop upper body strength by using light weights, small equipment.  Also by doing mat work and yoga poses
  • The yoga potion will help improve balance, flexibility and overall strength
  • No dance or ballet experience required
  • This class is recommend for anyone with back, hip, shoulder, neck or knee problems
  • Low to no impact

Beginning Yoga

Beginner flow class where both new and experienced yoga enthusiasts are welcome. Come learn some of the most common poses found in a typical practice. This basic practice will loosen joints; help your flexibility and strength all major muscle groups. You will also improve your breathing techniques and mental focus. Class will be modified so that you can work out your own level. Please bring a mat.

Deep Stretch

This class is designed for anyone who works at a desk all day, would like to increase their range of motion and flexibility, or would like to relax, unwind and feel better at the end of the day. The class will focus on stretching the hip flexors, IT bands, hamstrings, shoulders, back, chest and legs. This class is also good for anyone with Sciatica, back pain or injuries. Great for all levels. Please bring a mat to class.

Stretch and Balance

This class will include simple and dynamic stretches to improve flexibility and joint mobility. Increase ease of functioning in your daily routine with gentle and no impact balance exercises. Floor routines are included in this class.
