Body Sculpt

This class is a great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Low resistance exercises with higher repetitions will focus on all muscle groups including abs. Please bring a set of 3-5 pound weights and a mat to class.

Circuit Training Bootcamp

Looking to improve your overall strength, flexibility, cardio, agility and endurance? If so, this is the class for you. In this high energy, interval training class you will move through 10 -15 stations for one minute each, repeating the circuit 2-3 times. You will have new challenges every week with new stations. Have fun, work hard.

Small Group Personal Training

Want the benefits of a certified national trainer without the high cost? This is the class for you. A personal trainer will take a small group though a personalized workout program. Each class will focus on interval training working both strength and cardiovascular. The students will be coached though a serious of cardio and strength intervals using cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, medicine balls, kettle balls, resist-a-balls, and more. Come and join this small group for a high calorie burning, strength building, and personalized workout.
