Two years of occasional Yoga and infrequent attendance at the health club, I thought, was keeping me in shape. Was I wrong! I had no core strength nor stamina to keep up with these ladies. But the great news is Sue and her instructors give you modifications so you can progress from Level 1 to Level 3 with confidence.

They are reassuring and friendly instructors. The “make up” policy is great for ladies who don’t always have the luxury of an unchanging schedule! With many other classes available in the area, I know I have no excuse to fall off the exercise wagon! You’ll LOVE it — I do. After 2 years I’m in the best condition I’ve been in decades! “
