Yoga is an excellent stress relief technique. This class involves a series of both moving and stationary poses, combined with deep breathing and relaxation. The physical and mental benefits of this yoga class will provide a natural counterbalance to stress and strengthen the relaxation response in your daily life. Other benefits will include better flexibility, concentration, balance, and body awareness. Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a blanket. Also, if you have your own yoga mat and 2 yoga blocks, please bring those, however, it is not necessary
